England fast bowler James Anderson has heaped praise on Lancashire coach Peter Moores after he guided the County to the County Championship title this summer.
Anderson - who is being rested for the current One Day International tour of India - believes that Moores was handed the England job at the wrong time and will have his moment on the international stage at some point in the future.
He said: "I think Peter Moores got the England job at a bad time. There was a bit of instability in the set-up at the time."
"There was a new captain and a new coach, so it was a new set-up completely. It was difficult for everybody involved. He was unfortunate with that."
"Everyone knows how good a coach he is – he is fantastic. You see the young lads like Tom Smith and Kyle Hogg blossoming with Lancashire last season because of the work they have done with him."
Moores fell out with England captain at the time Kevin Pietersen during his time with the national team of course and because of the way this ended, Anderson thinks it might be difficult for the Lancashire man to be involved with England again.
He said: "I think the England job will be a difficult one for him to get back into. Whatever you do, it is always tricky to go back to something which didn’t work out for both parties."
"He is a coach with international calibre so I don’t see why he wouldn’t be offered another chance somewhere."
It would certainly be interesting to hear what Pietersen made of Anderson's praise for Moores. His fall-out with the Lancashire coach is all in the past though and both parties have moved on to have success.
As for Anderson, he admitted that he would love to play for his County more, something he always enjoys doing.
He continued: "In an ideal world I would play more for Lancashire in the summer, I would play over half the games, but it is impossible with the schedule."
"My Championship medal will be right up there on the top shelf alongside the other big things I have won because as a Lancastrian it means so much to me, even though I didn’t really play that big a part in the success."
Even those looking at casinos online will tell you that Anderson's main duty is for England these days though, something he has excelled at in the last couple of years.
He has combined England become the best test team in the world with becoming one of the leading fast bowlers in the game and there is no doubting the fact that he deserves the rest.
The 28-year-old will be in action again on the international stage when England take on Pakistan in three test matches early in 2012.

Wolf Pack makes it 4
With another amazing win today, the wolves have notched up 4 consecutive victories. The team has performed tremendously and risen up to every challenge whether it be defending a low total or chasing a big target.
Each and every player has contributed to the team’s great revival and look like wolves on a hunt in every game. While each player has done great a special thanks has to be given to the new captain Saif and the new vice captain Sohaib who have been instrumental in the team’s new found drive and zeal.
"Guys, captain or deputy are doing well only coz the players are doing well. But overall what I like about the team is the discipline and the unity, everyone backing up each other is very important. I know we are not perfect but so is the case with the international teams too. A win or a loss is not important, what matters is how we performed and everyone in Wolfpack should be proud of their individual and team performance. Excellent going boys, looking forward to nets from next week."said Saif
With constant interaction with the players, regular net sessions and matches they have not only brought the team members close but have also brought much needed discipline and commitment to the team. In a short time these two have proven not only to be great leaders but also great friends.
